  • 30-minute discovery and initial assessment. 
  • Bi-Weekly Video/Phone check-ins where we will review your progress, provide feedback and, of course, work through the process together. 
  • Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.  We will create a comprehensive nutrition plan to meet your current needs and lifestyle. I will be with you every step of the way.
  • Personalized exercise/movement plans that are proportional to your skill level and goals, and of course, ones that you enjoy doing!
  • As long as we are working together, you will have daily support and guidance through the use of my coaching platform. This platform can be used to complete all assigned programs, food journaling, messaging to your coach, nutrition and movement challenges, webinars/workshops, courses, and so much more! 
  • Recipes, handouts, shopping lists, and resources to help you learn, progress, and take action!
  • Additional community support through exclusive access to the private Dark Horse Nutrition Member-Only Community.
