For those who want the longer version, this one's for you! 

Nicole is New Jersey native, but traveled the world  in her 14-year Air Force career. She has always had a passion for nutrition and fitness. Nicole was an athlete growing up, playing basketball, softball, track, and just about anything else she can get into! She was a cop while on active duty and transitioned to Intelligence which is ultimately what landed her in Virginia. Nicole spent nearly 11 years working as a Federal Government Contractor until COVID happened, which brought being furloughed to reality! It was at that point she saw a door open and ran right through it! She earned her certification, launched her nutrition business, and hasn't looked back since! 

Nicole's passion for nutrition and wellness began when she was a child growing up in Camden, NJ but resurfaced on her wedding day in 2015. You see, it was on her wedding day when she was looking at the gorgeous photos that reality sunk in. She was nearly 200lbs at only 5' short! Not only that, but she was also diagnosed with mild sleep apnea because of her weight! It was then Nicole knew that something had to change. It took a couple of years, but Nicole finally got the courage to seek help for her mental and emotional health through cognitive behavioral therapy. It was through that experience she realized that no matter what happens in the gym or the kitchen, lasting change does not happen until you focus on the root cause of unhealthy behaviors and habits. It was then Nicole was able to lose the weight and keep it off! 

And that brings her to present day where she has helped hundreds of individuals do the same! She takes a holistic approach by focusing on 4 key areas that helped her on her own journey: Mindset, Nutrition, Emotion, and Exercise. She believes that no one should have to give up the foods they love to lose the weight and keep it off. She will work with you to find the right balance that fits your busy lifestyle. This will be a collaborative effort when it comes to finding what works best for you. After all, no one knows you better than YOU!
